T-6 months until 2020 is over, but who’s counting anyways? My favorite quote about quarantine to date is from a comedian on Twitter: “One day in quarantine feels like 800 hours, but 1 month feels like 2 days.” That pretty much sums up my experience of time as well, and perhaps yours too? I still feel time-stamped in March, when I started sheltering place, but each day feels like 7 weeks have gone by.

In the last month, a good friend and wellness junkie decided to host an informal gathering of friends from all over the world to commit to a special 21 day program with the following directive: Wake up at 5 or 6 am, practice the Wim Hof Breathing Method + principles of Robin Sharma, known as the 20–20–20 principle (20 min exercise, 20 min to grow and improve yourself, and 20 min to reflect and renew). The power of ritual has become a sacred act during quarantine as swimming against the collective current of negative thought and noise has grown in magnitude.
